This week I continued modeling the ballerina. Luckily I had modeled 5 finger hand when we learned it with Rachel instead of modeling a 4 finger one for Tingo straight ahead. After finishig the upper body, I extruded the lower faces of the lower abdomen to create the skirt. The creases were tricky though, I had to cut several times and then smooth those cuts out so it would look round and smooth again.
Then I added the mast or "thing" the ballerina rotates with. I still have to model the head, which terrifies me a bit because this time it's a (practically) human head, but we'll see how it goes.
